Refund policy

at studio mixed monet, every order is packed with care and made to be part of your little collection of things. because many of our products are printed, produced, packed, or prepared specifically for each order, we currently do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or simply no longer wanting the item.

print club orders

monthly print club subscriptions and individual print club orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.

because each month's mail is planned and produced according to the number of members and orders received, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, refunds, or changes after purchase.

please make sure you are happy with your subscription before placing your order!

other products

all sales are final once an order has been placed. we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind

• incorrect product selection

• incorrect size or variant selected by the customer

• accidental duplicate orders

• failure to use or collect the product

• delays caused by the customer or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address

damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team.mixedmonet@gmail.com

please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photographs of the item and packaging

• any other information that may help us understand what happened

we will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.

please do not send anything back without contacting us first. unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

refunds

where a refund is approved, it will be issued only for the affected item or order and processed through the original payment method wherever possible. processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

exchanges

we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

if an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, we may arrange a replacement at our discretion, subject to availability.

order cancellations

orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, including monthly print club orders and subscription orders.

if you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. while we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will let you know whether the order can still be amended before processing.
