Shipping policy

all studio mixed monet orders are shipped from india. at present, international shipping is only available on request. please mail team.mixedmonet@gmail.com to discuss!

regular orders

mixed monet ships regular orders twice each month:

• orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month will be shipped by the 15th

• orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the month will be shipped by the last day of the month

once your order has been dispatched, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

this means regular orders can take approximately 3–17 business days from the date of purchase, depending on when your order is placed within the month and your delivery location.

you will automatically receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

water lilies print club

water lilies print club follows its own monthly shipping schedule.

if you sign up by the last day of a month, your print club mail will be shipped by the 15th of the following month.

for example, sign-ups for the october mail close on september 30, and all october print club orders will be shipped together on or before october 15.

if you sign up after the monthly cut-off, your order will be included in the following month's print club mail.

print club + other products in the same order

if you purchase a water lilies print club subscription or mail together with other mixed monet products, your entire order will ship according to the print club shipping schedule.

if you would prefer your non-print-club items to be shipped earlier, you have two options:

• place the print club and other products as separate orders, or

• contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to request separate shipping.

if you request separate shipping, an additional shipping charge will apply. your non-print-club items will then be shipped according to our regular shipping schedule, while your print club mail will ship according to the monthly print club schedule.

requests for separate shipping made after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

delivery times

shipping dates refer to when your order is dispatched, not when it is delivered.

delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside mixed monet's control.

estimated delivery times are [3-17] business days from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

delivery address

please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

studio mixed monet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. if a parcel needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

delayed, lost, or damaged orders

if your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can look into it with the shipping carrier.

if your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

shipping charges

shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

any additional shipping charges resulting from a request for separate shipping will be communicated before the additional shipment is processed.
